good location in that it was nice and peaceful (no noisy neighbors), gives good view of the water (overlooking nextdoor hotels), always perfectly clean, friendly staff (owner speaks english), fair prices for tours, comfortable good size rooms at reasonable price, reliable internet and hot water. all other guests were friendly, peaceful, social. i really enjoyed my time here.

Ok for one night in the middle of Flores
Not really a complaint but the hotel is on a steep side street with no traffic, so bear this in mind if you plan to carry heavy luggage.
