Location, view is amazing. clean, helpful host.
Limited facilities in the room, e.g a kettle would be nice, brush / broom would also be good to keep the floors clean of sand etc. The shower tray also had a leak.

Couldn't use the oven or hob. Needed some maintenance and a bit more TLC...
