This property was a great surprise. The surprising part was its location and proximity to everything we came to San Diego for. The beach was within minutes, shopping, quality restaurants, The MCRD facility for graduation all a very short drive from this house. Neighborhood was quite easy to get in and out. This Condo being upstairs was very large and perfect for our group of five adults. Inside was very spacious and allowed for us to all come together and visit while waiting for others to get ready. Plenty of room to spread out but yet be together. The house was very clean and well supplied with basic kitchen needs, and bathroom toiletries.

Wonderful private garage parking, grocery store within walking distance which was convenient, but a lot of road noise from the highway (bring a sound machine). Overall great and convenient place to stay.

The house was very clean. We had problems with the heat working. Not good instructions on how to use the heater. I was suprised there were no extra blankets and bare minimun ammenities, toilet paper , games etc...Location was great though.
