About this house rental
A-frame cabin with one Select Comfort king size bed, one bathroom, full kitchen with everything you need plus dishwasher. It has a washer and dryer. A beautiful view overlooking a creek and large pond where you can fish and use the paddle boat, canoe, or 2 kayaks. There is a covered bridge crossing over the creek. A perfect place to get away. It is about 8 miles (12-13 minutes) from Browns Ferry.

The host went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and that everything went smoothly. Like someone else said on your first day make sure to get there during daylight hours it’ll make it a little bit easier to find the place, but the host gives you her number just in case you have any issues. The cabin was beautiful and the surrounding creek and pond were peaceful. We loved the sound of the flowing water from the creek. It was so relaxing. The cabin was spotless when we checked in. We would definitely stay here again in the future. PS first time ever sleeping on a sleep number bed and we loved it. Also if you fan of cold AC like we are, this is your place.

Unexpected Jewel. Super kind host. I love properties with history. I came to town to celebrate my Grandson's 3rd birthday and my Son and his wife bought their first home in Decatur. It was a great experience at the property. Highly recommend.

We came to the area for a visit and found that we preferred just staying at the property and enjoying the peace and quiet. Some of us also enjoyed fishing in the pond! Just a beautiful and serene environment. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our short stay here. We were in town for a soccer tournament in Decatur. I am so glad we chose to stay here instead of a hotel. The cabin has everything that you need and the property is beautiful. It is exactly as listed. You will not be disappointed but pleasantly surprised! We had a great time fishing out of the pond. We also enjoyed swinging in the late evening and early morning walks. The creek and covered bridge along with the cabins take you to another time in life. You can slow down and relax here. I hate we couldn’t stay longer.The hosts are wonderful! They are a super sweet couple and want to make you feel at home. We loved our stay and hope to return someday.
