La communication avec le propriétaire est très facile . Très réactif et très attentionné. Appart une petite pépite extrêmement bien situé, propre. Vraiment tout est parfait.
La seule chose que je pourrais dire c’est qu’il n’est pas mentionné que l’ascenseur de l’immeuble ne se prend qu’au 1 er étage. J’étais avec ma maman qui est âgée et l’ascenseur handicapé est réservé à des personnes qui ont un code. L’appart étant au 14 eme étage on avait pas le choix que de monter jusqu’au 1er à pied. On est resté que 3 jours on s’est adapté . Si elle n’avait pas pu monter l’étage on aurait demandé le code de l’ascenseur handicapé. Cela n’enlève rien à tout le positif de l’établissement

Muy cómodo para una persona, la vista es muy agradable.
Por la noche en los pasillos comunes huele mucho a tabaco. Las escaleras de la entrada es difícil subir el equipaje para coger el ascensor hacia el apartamento.

The location was great and the apartment had everything required for self catering. Also close to many restaurants and opposite the beach.
This is in a complex of high rise apartments. This apartment is very compact. Unfortunately, there was an offensive stench in the apartment. There could be a plumbing issue. We even bought a candle. We left the balcony doors open for fresh air but the apartments were so close most of our air was filled with the neighbours cigarette smoke. We booked two nights but left after one night.
