L’emplacement et le fait qu’il y avait un parking souterrain. L’appart est très spacieux, plutôt bien meublé, très agréable et accessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
Il y manquait un aspirateur et au moins un rouleau de papier toilette dans chaque WC. Le four ne fonctionnait pas ce qui nous a obligé à cuisiner quand on allait pas au resto alors qu’une pizza ou autre au four, nous aurait suffit. Pas de quoi suspendre vos serviettes de bain dans la salle de douche et de bain. L’étendoir sur le balcon ok mais voilà. L’appart est plutôt humide.
