This is a great place to stay in Biograd. Our host was responsive, helpful and friendly. We would recommend this place

Great location! The outdoor patios were a pleasant place for enjoying our morning coffee. The water pressure was exceptional.

The bedrooms were hard to keep cool. A few fans would have been helpful.

Great value for larger family

it's a spaciuos very well equiped appartment, at supperb location - calm small street in a city center, 5 min walk to oldtown and restorants, 2 min walk to grocery shop, 3 min to bakery and gelateria, 10 min to the beach. Powerfull air conditioning helped a lot (it was 35C during our stay), two WCs and showers also adds comfort for larger family.

Nothing to complain particulary about, the appartment is well maintained althoug some worn-out signs can be found, parking can be tricky as well for less experienced drivers.

Had a wonderful stay here for 10 nights. great location 🌸 spacious and felt like our home away from home. would absolutely recommend.

we had a big 8 seater van and parking was a bit problematic.

Exceptional

Great host, impeccably clean and spacious apartment, fully equipped and located in a quiet residential street minutes away from the beach and town centre. A thoughtful welcome gift of local fruit, bottle of chilled wine and some local lavender awaited us. Overall, an excellent stay!

Great apartment, amazing location, parking could be better

Apartment has an amazing location, both beach and the city center are very close. The apartment is spacious, has two bathrooms, a dishwasher and a washing machine which is great for comfort. The two balconies are amazing, at any time of the day you're able to choose a shady balcony.

Overall we were satisfied, but the entire building does not have enough parking spaces in my opinion. The building has several apartments and even this specific apartment has space for 8 people. It is very likely that a group of 8 people will arrive with three cars, which is basically more than half of the spaces available totally. If you own a huge SUV you probably won't be able to park your car at all. I hope they rearrange the space around their building so people don't have to worry about their cars and constantly re-park their cars when others leave or arrive. Admittedly, the apartment is located in the city center where parking spaces are scarce.
