Great stay for families, best location

Great location, near the city center and the best beach in Biograd - beach Soline. Apartment well-equipped. Very friendly host. Change of towels in the middle of our stay. Parking lot in front of the building.

Small things like no sugar or salt, squeaky bed in one bedroom and shower faucet was hard to operate (needs some maintenance like descaling)

Great apartment in a great location

We stayed in apartment #1, on the ground floor. Very comfortable and well-equipped, ideal for families. 5 people could stay here comfortably (2 bedrooms, 1 living/dining room with a small kitchen and 1 bathroom). The apartment is air conditioned (which is crucial in Croatia in August...), however there is only one indoor unit, but it can cool the whole apartment fairly well. The location is great. The beach is very close, literally 300 meters from the door. And the old town with the restaurants close too, 10 mins walk. The owners are very helpful and friendly. They even helped me, when my car battery died, early in the morning on our day of departure! So I can highly recommend this place!

Perfect little studio - definitely recommend!!!

The apartment was newly refurbished and to a very high standard. It was thoughtfully equipped with all one needs even for a longer stay. There is a cute private area outside for an al fresco lounging and dinning, as well as private parking, right in front of the house. It is a very short walk to the centre and harbour too. The owners really lovely family, very considerate and quick to respond. The apartment was exceptionally clean, even to my very high standards! All photos and descriptions corespondent to the listing. This will definitely be our first port of call next time we are in the area.

Good location.

Apartment is in a good location, close to the beach and the city centre. We liked that apartment is pet friendly. We had the top floor apartment with a big terrace. Apartment is newly furnished. The host Marko was very welcoming, we needed hypoallergenic pillows and he made sure we had them asap.

The parking is very tight especially if you come with an SUV, it was a challenge every time we had to go somewhere. There is no washing machine. It wasn't cleaned really good because there were finger prints of kids all over the glass balcony door and the shower glass was dirty. No iron and ironing board. No AC or fans in the rooms. Internet does't work in rooms.

Exceptional

Very kind host. The apartment is only a few minutes to the beach on one side and a few minutes to the city center on the other. The furniture is new, it has everything you need. Parking space is great. The surroundings is calm so can have a proper rest.

Nice and well equipped apartment very close to the beach

New equipment, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, nice balcony for breakfast, safety parking place very close to the entrance door.

Air condition is only at living room, it would be more useful in the bedrooms. Shower heads did not work properly. Toilet did not always refilled with water, but needs to be moved sometimes for refilling.

Everything is wonderful. Marko is so kind and helpful as other Croatian people I have met. Sorry that we had only one night. Hope I can come back again someday. Wish you all the best!

Ubytování hodnotíme velmi kladně. Drobné nedostatky nezkazili dojem. Doporučujeme :)

Krásně vybavený a uklizený byt. Příjemná terasa. Překvapením byl elektrický odpařovač proti komárům v každé místnosti (tady asi nutnost - bylo jich tu opravdu hodně). Pěkná koupelna s velkým sprchovým koutem. Relativně krátká vzdálenost od pláže. Milí hostitelé.

Dost vrzající vstupní dveře u kterých malinko zlobilo zavírání - nezaklapával jazýček. Možná by stačilo promazat :) Hodně vrzající postel v ložnici s méně pohodlnými matracemi.
