La disponibilità del Signor Davide, la pulizia perfetta, la cucina attrezzata da poterci fare ottimi pranzetti, anche se non ne ho usufruito visto la vicinanza con ottimi ristoranti. Direi tutto perfetto

Forse le scale, ma ne vale la pena xle ottime condizioni dell'appartamento

La posizione è veramente ottima, super centrale. Si trova abbastanza facilmente un parcheggio gratuito a 7/8 minuti a piedi (viale La Plaia). L’appartamento è provvisto di tutto il necessario sia per quanto riguarda la cucina che il bagno.

Essendo una mansarda, in alcuni punti il soffitto è molto basso, ma con il tempo ci si fa l’abitudine

The location was perfect and the AC was great.

It was not very clean, and the lights in the stairway didn’t work, so I was bringing my dog up and down three flights of stairs in the dark which was both very annoying and dangerous. There was some problem with the tubing on the 2nd floor, so the stairs were also wet and slippery. I also once got locked inside the building in the dark stairwell because the automatic door buzzer wasn’t working. In the heat. In the dark. With no reception. For the price I paid, unacceptable. There were also two separate occasions where I found dead wasps on the bedroom floor, but I never opened any windows. There may be a wasp nest in the bedroom AC. I’m allergic, so luckily this didn’t turn into a major problem…
