Its very close to old town of Lecce. Coffee and mini markets are on the street (20m meters from the building)
The shower and toilet were only accessable through the public floor

Buona posizione, essenziale.
Prezzo eccessivo per una cameretta così piccola con bagno (privato) separato, c'era bisogno di uscire dalla camera per arrivarci.
Era comunque capodanno.

Struttura a due passi dal centro, la signora Simona è stata gentilissima e disponibile,camera calda, accogliente, ampia, con tutti i servizi necessari, parcheggio in strada non custodito ma comodo, colazione ottima, sicuramente da ritornare in questa struttura, consigliatissimo.

The room was nice, but the bathroom is not part of it and..... it was so so smelly !! STRONG UREA SMELL... It was hard to use it! Disgusting.
In the morning... a very nice woman named Simona came to prepare a very nice breakfast just for me... that was nice... but I would give up the whole experience of the scary night and the smelly bathroom.
The smell in the bathroom. I couldnt take a shower because it was so smelly. There was one impatient woman responsible for check in beacuase there is no reception and she had to come to give me the key and was in a hurry. She also lied to me and said more people have to come. I found myself alone at night in a long corridor... on a floor ... in a strange building.... scary like hell!!!
A woman alone in a strange city... if she didn't lie, I could have left to some other place.
