Das Haus ist geräumig, zentrale Lage auf Mallorca, aber absolut ruhig gelegen. Schön gestalteter Garten mit beleuchtetem Pool, alles sehr sauber. Küche gut ausgestattet, jetzt auch mit nagelneuer Spülmaschine. Matratzen und Kissen mittelfest, Mülltrennung vorhanden. Beheizbar mit Strom und Pellets. Freundlicher Empfang.

Im Winter war das Haus 1 Woche lang modrig-muffig, weil länger nicht beheizt und belüftet, hohe Heiz- und Stromkosten (für 1 Woche plus ca 80 Euro in bar!). Der Modergeruch zog in die mitgebrachte Kleidung. In einem Schlafzimmer war das Klima/Heizgerät defekt, sodass an Fenstern sehr starke Kondenswasserbildung nachts erfolgte. Die Spülmaschine war schrottreif und sorgte dann auch für Kurzschlüsse mit Stromausfall, die anfangs nicht erklärbar waren. (Wurde dann zum Ende des Urlaubs ausgetauscht) Die Anfahrt könnte besser beschrieben sein, ließ sich mit dem Navi oder Google nicht finden.

The property is a 5min drive from Porreres away. Adjacent are fields of vegetable or fruits, so you have a lot of privacy. The house itself is nice and big. All necessary kitchen & bathroom equipment is available. The view on pool and palms from your terrace is amazing. Owner Francesca was always available, when in need. We'd definitly come back and can recommend this place.

Isolation of the house is a topic in colder months. It was quite cold and humid during our stay in march inside the house. There is a pellet oven and a couple of electric radiators to adjust the temperature. There was a lot of information to be sent to Interchalet (some intermediate Agency?) before the trip, which is at least to me quite unusual and annoying. Never had this when using Booking before.

Holiday Home Morla - PSR130 is an absolute paradise corner. In the middle of nature, however very close to all important spots on the island, it offers a perfect escape to recharge in the vastness and tranquility of the space it offers. The house is well-equipped and the beautiful garden is carefully taken care of with lots of love and attention to detail. Our host has been extremely helpful and generous with us. We loved it from the first moment and it was difficult to leave.

Some of the towels had a slight smell of humidity.
