Die Lage war ganz schön! Zwar war es zum Strand immer ein wenig zu fahren, aber dafür hatte man auch keinen Trubel um sich rum! Klimaanlage funktionierte ( Dachgeschoss)
Könnte die ein oder andere Renovierung vertragen! Eine Duschtür fehlte und wurde durch einen halbherzigen Vorhang ersetzt! Warmes Wasser zum Duschen war Glücksache! Zu wenig Steckdosen im Küchenbereich! Kein Sofa vorhanden (Fernsehen am Küchentisch ist nicht gemütlich) Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien billig! Zu wenig Geschirr! Töpfe die zum Kochen nicht mehr taugen weil der Boden verzogen ist! Je nachdem welche Untermieter man hat ( 3 Wohnungen übereinander) sehr hellhörig! Auf dem Nachbargrundstück Hundegebell schon am frühen Morgen! Parkplätze am Haus sind teilweise schlecht befahrbar (ich habe mir gleich eine Felge ruiniert)
