The villa is light, modern and very stylishly and tastefully designed.
Also comfortably furnished and equipped with all one could need.
The views from the large balcony and pool area looking out to sea and the islands are truly stunning.
The nearest town is picturesque Balin..perched on a hill. Full of flowers and so clean!
The owner, her daughter and son David were lovely, and David patiently answered our many queries, even sending detailed directions from Pula airport.
We would suggest that included in the villa information should be the cash deposit required for possible damage. We were not prepared for this and it left us short of euros.
Also it is probably unsuitable for any with mobility problems, with it's many steps and lack of internal access between the ground floor and upper living area.
Would also benefit from ceiling fans or air-conditioning in the two smaller bedrooms. However David on request kindly provided some fans
