The whole setup and work being carried out by these lovely people is just amazing! Well done to the entire team! The sunset drive i had was truly outstanding! I saw so many rare species and the drinks & snacks were fantastic!

Nothing comes to mind at all - this is truly first world in a third world setting!

The lodges were spacious, clean and comfortable. The lounge and balcony area were lovely. You’re paying to support the work of the charity. The staff were welcoming and the tours were informative.

The conservancy and the work they do was very interesting. Meeting the cheetahs and doing the behind the scene tour was awesome.

The rooms are a bit dated and we'd expected a bit more for the rates we paid. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant - very average, poor service and actually we found one of the waitresses to be quite rude and disinterested. For a space of this value - it was very substandard. We also were concerned for the dogs they are breeding on site - they looked very lonely and sad and we could not guage the quality of the dogs welfare and the level of breeding the dogs are subjected too. Would actually recommend staying at some of the other lodges in Otjiwarongo at a quarter of the price, with better rooms, food, service and other amenities. Its only a 40 min drive to the sanctuary.
