Het dorp ademt historie. Rustig. Bij de rivier de Main kabbelt het leven rustig voorbij. De druivenranken wachten op groei en rijping om daarna geoogst te kunnen worden. Het vormt een prettige uitdaging om een plaatselijk restaurant te vinden. En dan samen met de locals heerlijk te eten. Voor weinig. Voor ons een tussen stop. Vakantie gelijk begonnen.
Kusen was slap.

Sehr nette Wirtsleute, super Lage am Radweg, Zimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, weil Weingut gibt’s auch da kein Defizit. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Wir wurden herzlich vom Seniorchef mit einem kleinen Begrüßungsschluck empfangen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Obwohl abends geschlossen, konnten wir noch einen Wein zum Tagesabschluss trinken. Ansonsten steht ein Weinkühlschrank zur Verfügung. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Das Badezimmer war leider nicht mehr geheizt owohl es noch sehr kühl war. Auch das Warmwasser dauerte sehr lange.
