Very nice place, near city center.
In our room (6) the teapot does not work, when it rained heavily, water ran through the vent in the bathroom.

We had great time staying at this property. The host was very friendly and the room (attic) was clean and cozy. The kitchen had all the necessities, even beyond our need (like a stove 😁). The place looks like on the pictures, you can definitely see through small details that the owners were trying to put their soul to it, making it convenient. For example there was an iron and a board, which is rare even in regular hotels, a stove, the shower head had multiple regimes, etc.
The area is very quiet, and though it seems like a countryside it is pretty close to the center, reachable on foot but not very close for those who want to go back and forth from the center multiple times a day.
Also mind that to reach the attic room you have to take 2 steep stairs, might be hard with small children or elderly.
The house itself is well taken care of and easy to reach, has a parking.
The biggest issue was the bathroom door, hope the host hasn't finished fixing it. Basically every time to use the bathroom you need to carefully balance the door, otherwise it slides open. I'd recommend at least a simple hook. Also it gets warm and stuffy in the room during the day and night so the conditioner needs to be running, but there is not much to do here, good the conditioner is there at least. It works well.
The supplies of toilet paper and soap were very low and we had to buy our own which I think is a bit strange 😅. And during the week there was no cleaning even once, but I would really appreciate at least floor sweeping, I don't need new bedsheets or towels or anything, but the floor really needed that (and we didn't wear street shoes at home).
As a tip I'd also suggest adding a shelf in the shower because the tiny one is not enough to store shampoo bottle, soap and other objects that are used during bathing.
All in all nothing crucial, we enjoyed the stay and can recommend the place.

The room was very well equipped, with all types of appliances to spend several days comfortably. It was also clean and overall we did not miss anything else.
- Very low quality wi-fi. We had to work one of the days and we were kicked out of the network constantly. When connected the signal was always low
- The facilities description has tagged availability of "private" and "secured" parking. The truth is there are a few of parking spots right outside of the building, but it's completely accessible from the street and by secured parking you usually expect either a spot underground or a fenced place. "Secured" certainly does not mean on the street. We factored this in as one of the main reasons for choosing the accommodation and it was very disappointing
- Low quality of construction materials when it comes to walls and ceilings. Walls are so thin you can make the words of the conversation in the next room. On top of this, the hosts live right above our room and they had total disregard for the guests - we were awoken by continuous running steps on a Saturday at 7:30 am... the noise continued on for a lot of time until we gave up on sleeping. If you are looking for a place where you can rest, this isn't it.
