Seasid bliss at hotel 12

We had a fantastic experience during our stay at the hotel. The sea view took our breath away, and the balcony had a fully equipped lounge area. The room had very good lighting. The room was perfectly clean and the amenities exceed our expectations. It's definitely a place we will visit again.

We have wonderful sea veiw

The location of the hotel was excellent, and the view was truly beautiful. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and having parking available was definitely a plus.

What we didn’t like is that we expected daily cleaning, but it was done only every three days, which was a bit disappointing.

Overall, it was a wonderful weekend experience ☺️

Amazing location next to the sea with exceptional view of the beach. The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. I only stayed one night, but it left a very positive impression on my wife and friends.

The fact that it was on the third floor and there was no elevator, that was a major issue because one of my friends had mobility issues 😐. The second point was that the bathroom's shower was not carefully cleaned, and the shower had no curtains. Thus, water ended up everywhere.

The staff was quite friendly. Comfortable mattress and air conditioning. Located right on the beach.

The cleanliness and hygienic condition of the room were really disappointing. Upon check-in, we found that the toilet was not properly flushed, the bathroom tap was covered in stains, and the kitchen sink was rusty. Additionally, the waffle maker had food traces on it, and there were stains on the bed sheet. There's no curtain in the shower so the floor inevitably gets wet, though it does dry quickly when the door is left open. It seems that only the bedroom has been renovated, while the rest of the room remains in poor condition.

Poor kitchenette. One shallow plate and two deep plates for 3 people. At least one salad bowl was missing. The stove was not working well, I complained but they did not fix it.

A hotel to avoid.

The only good thing is the view, but it’s not worth it.

Hotel stuff were rude and unpleasant. When we arrived, the man at the reception was speaking on the phone and ignored us completely. After he finaly finished his call, he informed us that we had to wait for the check in for an additional hour, even though we came on agreed upon time. Everything was comunnicated in a very rude manner, like he was annoyed by his guests. After we arrived one hour later, we had to wait for another half an hour to enter the room. But of course, the check-out could not be moved a minute later, which we were informef by the lady on the reception in a very rude manner when we asked a couple of days before the check out. The rooms are terrible, everything is old. Beds are completely uncomfortable and old! Other facilities in the room are too old and almost unusable. We had towels changed only once during our 9-night stay, and only because we asked them to, and the sheets were not changed at all. The only pleasant person is the cleaning lady, so compliments to her.

The location was perfect-its practically on the first row, on the very beach. Hospitable and helpful employees. Restaurants, bakery, shops-everything at a reach of your hand.

Nice location (right at the beach). Very cheap. Right at the ground floor of the buiding (from the sea side) is very good seafood restaurant MEDUSA - certainly worth visiting!

sleeping was quite disturbed - noisy refrigerator, dripping taps, lots of strange sounds, mosquitos...

They give us wrong room. We booked with 3 beds and we get with only one bed. They corret that latter.

good position, friendly staff, easy check in and check out, nice balcony, clean and no bugs, with AC (but we didn't need it), the furniture was ok and great price. We had 3 rooms and one was with a sea view and it was very nice.

2 from 3 days I had problems with hot water. It was almost cold although I was waiting long for it,

Exceptional

The first night we missed our check in and almost spent the night in car, but thanks to the host we checked in very late :) The staff was very nice. The view from our room was mesmerising. Waking up and falling asleep to sounds of the sea was amazing.
