Disponibilità ed efficienza agenzia, facilitá di parcheggio gratuito vicino casa, posizione della casa, condizioni interne come nuova e accessori completi, funzionamento degli elettrodomestici, piccolo spazio all'aperto con tenda, tavolo/sedie e stendino.
Con delle zanzariere alle finestre, un condizionatore anche in camera, una lavastoviglie e magari una doccia esterna (amche comune) sarebbe stato proprio il top.

perfect location , 5 min walk to the nicest beach in the region. well equipped, clean, spacious
some basic condoments like salt pepper sugar would be great. also a kitchen towel would be handy
