What can I say about this stay... It was just amazing! A warm welcome from Claudio (the owner) Breakfast and cleaning were every day perfectly arranged by Laura. If I have to recommand this stay I would for sure! THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! For a calm and relaxing stay with only 10-15 min from the beach and last but not least an amazing view with a huge swimmingpool! Grazie Claudio ci vediamo l'anno prossimo ;)

The view from the swimming pool area and the garden is breathtaking. This villa would be a perfect location for a wedding or any other gathering. I would not recommend staying there overnight as all the rooms have zero views, unless you are staying at the main villa house which is 3 rooms. Note for guests are staying in the rooms - there are no windows!
To begin with, this is a 5-star hotel. Hotel wich such fab rating and star level must offer all the upscale additional services to their guests for free ( gown, slippers, body lotion etc - none of that was present in the room). The breakfast was a true disappointment and looked like a cheap 3-star hotel breakfast made with pre-packaged bread and supermarket products. Kind staff tried to accommodate our need for fresh juice, however, we should not have asked for it in the first place.

The hotel activities (rooms, breakfast) take place not in the villa but in a separate building. While the room looked like the pics, it is misleading given that the rooms are not actually in the villa but rather in the separate building. The room had no proper windows.
Also, while we knew the pool would be closed given its winter time, we expected the spa to be open as nothing in the description said it would be closed. We were disappointed that we could not use the spa as they said it was closed.
The breakfast was short of being of a 5-star hotel. It was more of the minimum provided and lacked variety and vegetables.
