Posizione ottima, silenziosa, comodo parcheggio privato con telecomando. Ambiente verdeggiante fuori nel parcheggio, e davanti/dietro casa. Corte esterna dietro casa all' aperto dove poter mangiare, carinissima. Zona giorno ampia e comoda, luminosa e ben areata. Comoda zona esterna per doccia veloce.
Assenza di tovaglia che fosse pulibile per il tavolo (per esempio plastificata). Assenza di un telo sul "divano" del soggiorno che di fatto era un letto singolo, quindi si sedeva direttamente su di un materasso "nudo". Assenza, fra la biancheria messa a disposizione, di un asciughino/canovaccio da cucina. I cuscini dei letti erano troppo piatti/bassi e morbidi, occorrerebbe aggiungerne altri nell' armadio per poterne usare due.
