Prachtige locatie en uitzicht! Zeer toffe opbouw van het huis met slaapkamer van de ouders naast het zwembad. Fantastisch terras. Veilig: bijna overal elektrische rolluiken, ook nuttig om warmte buiten te houden. Het huis ligt ook een aparte wijk met toegangspoort met code. De keuken is ook goed. Sauna is ook altijd leuk. Ook mooie tuin, ook goed onderhouden naar zuiderse normen. Goede eigen parking. Zeer rustig en goede privacy.
Zeer weinig minder goede zaken. Het huis is wat ouder, maar op zich niet storend. Het weggetje ernaartoe wat uitdagend op bepaalde plaatsen, als er tegenliggers waren.
