Lovely area, very scenic right by the water. Accommodation was lovely, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great - very tasty. Host was friendly and made us feel welcome - gave advice about what to visit in area.

The location on the esplanade was just a short walk across the road and down the hill to the beach, and just a km or so from the shops, perfect. The room really had the wow factor, a heritage vide, spacious, with a well furnished sitting room and large bathroom. The breakfast of two cereals with strawberries and blueberries, an automatic coffee machine that ground fresh beans, café style fruit toast and bread, along with fresh fruit salad and bakery pastries, was ideal for us.
You can hear the traffic from the esplanade at night, however, it dies down and didn't bother us too much

Proper is ok. Location is ideal to be a beach house but the decor is British colonial.
Has the potential to be decent winter getaway but the spa facility needs to work and need a smart TV.
