Die Lage des Hauses befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und ist trotzdem optimal für Ausflüge in die Schladminger Gegend, ca. 20 min zu den Seilbahnen Planai oder Hochwurzen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Nachbarort Gröbming. Direkt vom Haus weg führt ein schöner Wanderweg zum Saza Wasserfall bzw. Staudamm. Das Haus selbst ist sehr heimelig, wir haben uns als Familie mit 7 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es handelt sich um ein Holzhaus, da ist die Geräuschübertragung stärker, man hört jeden Schritt. Wir hatten ein Kleinkind mit, da war das Einschlafen bzw. Durchschlafen etwas schwierig.

Eine Selbstversorger Hütte/Haus mit Vollausstattung was Geraete und , Geschirr und usw angeht. Gemütlicher Wohnbereich und aufgrund der leichten Hanglage konne der grosse Umkleide_Waschküchenraum von aussen betreten werden. Gut für durchnässte Schuhe oder Kleider,da es dort leicht trocknen konnte. man benötigt ein Auto um Skigebiete oder nachbarorte zu besuchen. Sehr gute Wander-/Spaziergangmöglichkeiten in stiller Natur direkt vom Haus
Die Weitsicht war möglich jedoch etwas eingschraenkt durch ein Nachbarhaus. Baeder waren auf drei Ebenen im Haus verteilt

the chalet is clean and well-equipped, …beautiful surroundings, nice autumn walks, 25 minutes to Schladming with cable cars and a water park, just a few minutes from the chalet there’s a gigantic reservoir
