View is amazing, breakfast is the best we had in our trip, but the most important thing is the warm hospitality! Filippo and Franceska (and Renato ;)) are so kind and truly knows how to make you feel welcomed. highly recommend this place was one of our 2.5 weeks trip highlights!

Everything, from the first moment we arrived we were made to feel right at home. The lovely room we stayed in was spotless and the aircon was a blessing in the relentless heat. Then it was breakfast time and I truly haven't enough words to describe how good the breakfast was! It has spoilt any future breakfasts! Everything was homemade and local, with fruits, olives and olive oil directly from their stunning garden all presented exquisitely! Oh and I must mention the star of the show (sorry Francesca and Filippo) the gorgeous Renata the Sausage dog, who kept us entertained at breakfast. The location is also perfect for exploring the local area. Lucignano is stunning with a relaxed ancient vibe. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

A very comfortable spacious, airconditioned double room with a huge adjoining private bathroom. The shower is excellent. Everything super clean and well maintained. And the breakfasts served in the garden…absolutely delicious, different homemade delicacies to try every day and Francesca and Fillipo are so warm and friendly, it’s a real home from home.
