Good stay with few unpleasant moments.

The location is excellent. The flat is large, with good layout, initially well-equipped, but not maintained good.

During our 3day stay we did not have internet connection, the host said it is due to provider issues and did nothing to provide any solution. Also the blankets were dirty, dishwasher doesywork properly.

Verona is a beautiful city and the flat was in a fantastic location to explore all it has to offer , we had a great time

Great location. Well appointed and very clean.

Having to pick up the keys at a different location was not ideal. Tea and coffee wasn’t provided, adding that would be a nice touch.

Security issues

It was ok, but they need to pay more attention to the security, During our stay one night somebody they tried to open the door at night several times. My family was very afraid, the next day we went to a tripe when we return the door was wide open, i try to call the owners of the place but nobody answered, nothing was left but the paranoia was already on our head, and we slept on the living room together because my children were very afraid, the next day they told me , oh sorry it was the cleaning lady.

There was a problem with the WiFi - neither one of us staying there could connect .

It was a good stay ruined by the fact that not all facilities advertised are not working properly

The location is top notch. Right in the middle of tourist spots. Restaurants are also nearby with accessible public transportation. The place is big with enough room for a group of 4 and well equipped. Accommodating staff which immediately answered our concerns next day.

The property was advertised with Airconditioning; however during our stay, the Airconditioning was not working so we had to result to using fan at night. However this feels uncomfortable since it wad already quite warm in June even when the windows are open. The Airconditioning issue was immediately reported; however the staff was not able to fix during our stay which resulted to 3 nights of uncomfortable sleep since we had to use fans. Staff should make sure that all advertised facilities are working as expected, especially things such as Airconditioning which is a necessity during warmer months.

Location and mostly new interior

Shower was ok, had a shower curtain that was way too big and dragged. Some rusty fixtures. No soap Kleenex paper towels etc. when I told them they said sorry that wasn’t there but didn’t bother to still bring it. Towels a bit old.

Super accogliente a pochi passi dall’Arena

Ho prenotato questo appartamento per dei parenti in visita ai mercatini di Natale a verona per la prima volta e sono rimasti super soddisfatti! L’appartamento è accogliente, pulitissimo e ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno anche molto più lungo! È poi, vogliamo parlare del fatto che è centralissimo e a pochi passi da una delle piazze più belle d’Italia? Stupendo! Se non ci abitassi già a verona lo prenoterei per me stessa!

Ligging van het appartement is super! Ook is het ruim genoeg voor 4 personen en beschikt het over de standaard faciliteiten.

Helaas werkte niet alle tv's goed, werkte niet alle verlichting en waren de bedden en bank erg vies. Veel onverklaarbare vlekken overal wat wij niet echt hygiënisch vonden.

Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft in einer tollen zentralen Lage.

Tolle Lage, gute Raumaufteilung, Klimatisierung der Wohnung hat super funktioniert.

Das Bad bedarf einer Renovierung, insbesondere die Dusche. Zudem war das ohnehin nur wenige Geschirr, vor allem Tassen und Gläser, sehr unansehnlich und sollte einmal ausgetauscht werden.

Visita a familiares en Verona.

El amoblamiento es moderno. Las camas cómodas. La ubicación era muy buena.

Cuando llegamos, había toallas en lavarropas y estaban húmedas. Había platos dentro del lavaplatos y no estaban limpios. No había tendedero para la ropa, pero muy rápida y amablemente, nos consiguieron uno nuevo. Las cacerolas y elementos de cocina eran insuficientes. El WiFi, el primer día se descompuso, reclamamos, pero no fue arreglado durante nuestra estancia. Esto nos generó mucho gastos de datos en roaming. La bandeja del horno estaba sucio. El placard de la pieza con cama de 2 plazas, era muy incómodo. No era cómodo para llevar las valijas, ya que es una zona peatonal .

Decepcionante experiencia

La ubicacion

La falta de limpieza ni mantenimiento del parlamento, por no mencionar lo mal equipado que estaba; no había plancha, solo había dos vasos (para un apartamento que se supone que es para 4/6 personas) y encima estaban sucios, habia desconchones en los techos, los manteles individuales (encima de donde pones platos y cubiertos) no podian estar mas sucios, los colchones eran muy incómodos, y la salida debía hacerse a las 10 AM, cuando lo habitual es a las 12h.
