They had some problems with the lifts and air-conditioning! And also you need some canopies for the Terrace on the roof!

Great selection of saunas! The hotel accommodated our request for a high floor (corner room) with a great view. Restaurant/Breakfast is on the top floor with a scenic panoramic view and decent buffet. After noticing issues with our room, Luka promptly and decisively did his best to make sure everything was all right and he did an excellent job trying to make things right. Everyone at the front desk were very helpful - especially Luka who went above and beyond trying to be as hospitable and forthcoming as possible. Unfortunately the positives end here...

*Warning people with asthma* Some other reviewers mention extremely dusty rooms (especially the windows) and initially one might think they're all a bit over the top - they are not. I've been to roadside 30€ motels that are cleaner than the first room provided to us. Visible layers of dust on almost all windows, accompanied with greasy palm prints really killed the mood after a day of traveling with a check-in close to midnight. Glassware on the room still had lip marks, water stains visible on shower doors and near the sink. Got upgraded to a Jr. Suite (albeit on a lower floor) and state of windows here were not as bad, just not enough to bother with another change, especially only for a weekend stay. The spa/sauna seem to be open to the public, we got the feeling it's always at capacity. Kids are welcome here (for better/worse). I would advice to go early or late. The rooms are treated with a "scent" that might be irritating to sensitive guests. I would advice them to ask for an allergen friendly room. We sincerely hope that management promptly re-train housekeeping staff and seriously look over cleaning routines. Since this seems to be a recurring problem I'm hopefully certain these issues will be a thing in the past. This amount of dust is no where near acceptable anywhere period. It's with great sadness when faced with the opportunity to extend our visit in Ljubljana, we decided to move across the street to Grand Plaza where cleanliness is not an issue.
