Apartment David Garden Towers

Tram station is exactly outside (but it was nonfunctional when we visited), location is quiet as its an apartment residence, 24hr hot water, clean neat apartment.

Extremely disappointing check-in experience. Due to some medical emergency our flight got delayed and landed late by an hour. Despite the official check-in time being after 3 PM, we were asked that our check-in will be at 7pm as we had delayed but upon requesting, they handed it around 6-6:15pm by a lady who did not understand English and apartment instructions were roughly understood. The key handover arrangements that were never communicated in advance. This lack of coordination caused unnecessary stress and disrupted our vacation plans. We had paid the full amount and should not have been expected to accommodate the owner's convenience at the expense of our time. If guests are expected to strictly follow check-out timings, the property must also honor its check-in commitments. The unprofessional communication and lack of transparency were unacceptable. Guests deserve clear instructions, timely access, and basic respect before we travel so that when people from our countries visit your country, we were on verge of cancelling the stay due to this lack of professionalism, language & respect. Apart from check-in - the TV has only local channels, there is no smart TV so that the internet can be used - that's the basic thing if other country people visit your stay how would they understand your language.

The location was excellent as you can access to city center and all other facilities like grocery stores and nearest mall flora.

It was on 13 floor.

Very clean

I liked this place very much. It was comfort and cozy as at home.
