About this house rental
Typical Gironde house located in a park of 4000 m² nicely planted in the heart of the village. The house has 7 rooms that can accommodate 14 people.
Numerous outdoor spaces will allow you to enjoy the calm necessary for a restful moment: heated swimming pool, bowling alley, barbecue and shaded terraces.
You will enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of an old Bordeaux village, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, tobacco/press and even a cinema; accessible on foot in less than 5 minutes. Also the noise, in particular in the evening is limited, in the respect of the peace of the neighbors...
The rental price is 700 € per night. A cleaning fee of 250 € is to be expected in addition to the rental. Household linen and towels are also extra: 100 €. The tourist tax, which we pay entirely to the town hall, is +/- 2,8€ (according to the duration and the number of people) per night and per adult.
Reservation of 2 nights minimum from September to June, and 1 week in July and August.
Near Bordeaux, 20 mn from its historical center and 12 km from the St-Jean train station.
Come and discover the Cité du Vin, the Miroir d'eau, the historic facades of Tourny, the quays and banks of the Garonne, 10 mn from the ring road, you can reach the beaches in less than 1 hour. St Emilion is 26 km away and Sauternes wines are just a short distance away ....

Here, you savor every moment. You take advantage of the present time, without any vis à vis. Away from the hustle and bustle.

We had an absolute amazing time in Pompignac. Dian and Leonie were very accommodating. The house was beautiful, clean and very spacious

Propriété très sympa, spacieuse et bien agencée, nous avons passé un agréable week-end pour ce retrouver entre amis.
Dommage que nous sommes tombé sur un week-end pluvieux qui nous a empêché de profiter de ce magnifique terrain.

Dans une propriété magnifique, décorée avec goût et dans laquelle il ne manque rien, nous avons passé un formidable week-end entre amis. Allez en Capéranie les yeux fermés que vous soyez entre amis ou en famille : la maison est immense, le jardin aussi et la piscine est garnie de chaises longues en plein soleil...bronzage garanti ! Pas de voisinage, ou très peu et belles disponibilités du propriétaire et du gérant. À très vite !

Une demeure très accueillante, un aménagement intérieur fonctionnel et raffiné. Le jardin arboré agrémenté d’une piscine ..équipée de lumières de différentes couleurs a comblé les petits comme les grands..pour les dernières baignades de la journée.
