Very friendly staff, nice and quiet environment, lovely small pool. Room were exceptionally clean as well. Will stay here again if I come by Negombo. Beach is about 8-10 mins walk from the hotel.
Quite a bit of mosquitos in the late evening in the open area, rooms were perfectly fine. The staff did advise us of the same too. Good to be prepared with repellent if you are sensitive to mosquitos. Didn't really bother me much.

The staff was very attentive. The residence is clean, with a swimming pool and next to the beach. It was perfect after the long trip to come in Sri Lanka.
