Beautiful decoration, and the cute platform bed with curtains.
No-one around when we arrived, very steep, narrow stairs to the room, making it difficult to get a suitcase up.

Bon hôtel, idéalement situé au cœur de la médina de Sfax. Les chambres sont agréables et l'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la vieille ville.
En revanche, très mauvaise expérience au moment du paiement. L'hôtel a refusé les cartes de crédit en invoquant des problèmes de réseau. Pourtant, le Wi-Fi fonctionnait parfaitement et nous avions tous une connexion 4G, voire 5G, y compris sur la terrasse. Tout laisse penser que l'établissement privilégie les paiements en espèces. À cause de ce refus, j'ai perdu près de deux heures à me rendre à la banque pour effectuer un virement bancaire afin de régler la facture. J'ai ensuite demandé un geste commercial pour compenser ce désagrément, mais l'hôtel a refusé. Soyez donc vigilant : si vous réservez cet établissement, prévoyez une solution de paiement alternative ou demandez une confirmation écrite avant votre arrivée que le paiement par carte sera bien accepté.
