El millor amb diferencia és la piscina, ja que és gran i té una gran terrassa amb tumbones, taules i cadires.
L'habitació també és prou ample.
L'esmorzar era bastant pobre pel nivell d'hotel. I el preu massa alt pel nivell en general que hi ha al país.

There is no better hotel for the money anywhere in the world. It was a complete 5-star experience. The hotel is gated with security and protected parking, has a restaurant on-site, and has staff that are extremely courteous and speak good English. The atmosphere and the professionalism I experienced there guarantee that there is only one hotel where I will ever stay when I visit El Jem.

New hotel, building of high quality, nice rooms, nice shower, enjoyed the balcony, good view, quiet as away from town centre. Lovely breakfast and friendly cafe staff. Had a play area for children.
I didn't like that the second bed in our twin room was not made up properly (sheet arranged in a way that was not useable, just artistically arranged). You don't expect to have to make your own bed in a 4*hotel. I pointed this out and the guy just pointed to thick duvet in cupboard. Ideally a light blanket option would be nice for the spring.
Bedside lights didn't work at all (neither of them). No lift, despite looking for it and asking staff, so if you are disabled ask for ground floor room (most were first or second floor).
We found it inappropriate that a member of staff in his 20s would give his personal contact details to 2 married women in their 50s and 80s who he had only just met and shown to their room. This is disrespectful and frankly, a bit creepy.
