Nice and spacious, had everything you needed while being away on holiday.

High standard, good quality and great location for a family holiday park. Static caravan basic but had all we needed and very clean.
3-bed static caravan ideal for me, my daughter and grandson but would be very cramped if up to 6 people sharing.

The place was beautiful, clean and our family felt safe and comfortable. I fault the staff, they are polite and helpful. There are enough interesting places to visit nearby. We love the walks along the cliffs and the river. It's a recommended holiday destination for families.
The side cliff can be scary because of the fallen rocks near the private beach. The entertainment for kids is a bit late and much later for adults. It's a struggle to watch the entertainment for adults as it doesn't start until 9:30pm as parents has to send children to bed. But otherwise we were very happy with Ladram bay as a whole.

Fabulous location with stunning views! The beach is wonderful, with plenty of activities to enjoy. The staff were so friendly, and we were delighted to receive a free upgrade from a premier caravan to a luxury lodge. Truly one of the best parks we’ve ever stayed at.

Location excellent. Facilities excellent. Cleanliness excellent.
Staff were very helpful. Breakfast at the beach shack was hot , tasty and good quality.
Children loved the freedom of the site and felt confident and safe.
Caravans were too close together. No privacy. Side windows should have been obscured glass. Needed a folding airer for inside overnight. Needed a toothbrush holder. I had to make one from an empty water bottle! The single beds only just accommodated children under 10

Noisy neighbours, could of done with better basics like hand soap and a welcome pack like milk, teabags especially for the price

Toilets were not clean & cobwebs inside property and exit to balcony, sofa bed was uncomfortable and uneven. Coffee table bottom panel was not screwed in was a bit of a concern with my 3 year old

Absolutely stunning, didn't want to leave. Great location. Everything you need is right in the park, and the food at The Pebbles was fantastic, and the little shop wasnt over priced like some sites you go.. Can't wait to come again.
The one tiny problem was when I stripped the beds on our last morning, the mattress protector on the double bed was dirty.

Loved all the staff - especially the ‘girls’ in the reception- always smiling and the ex RAF security guard. Groundsmen smiley and cheerful. Housekeeping great.
‘Old’ seagull poo on decking ( we did get rid of it ourselves with hot water but it has been there for a few days. It wasn’t fresh.!).
I would’ve liked a bin in the toilet for sanitary products rather than taking them into the kitchen bin which is slightly unhygienic!

The location of the park and the communal facilities are great and we would happily return for these. The staff were generally pleasant and happy to help where asked.
The condition of the apartment was poor, with obvious damage to floors, walls and doors. There was black mould on the silicone in one of the showers. The cleaning standard wasn't great - we found cutlery and crockery in the cupboards and drawers that was dirty, our socks were dirty from walking on the floors of the supposedly clean and sanitised apartment within 30 minutes of entry, and the table and chairs on the balcony hadn't been touched as they were covered in cobwebs and other debris blown off surrounding vegetation.
The WiFi isn't available everywhere at no cost as it states on Booking.com

Spacious, clean, good heating when needed. Good shower. Good access to the shop, chippy and pool.
It was very warm so needed to ventilate with open windows but not a big problem

I am a disabled person. The caravan was very spacious and on level ground and not far from amenities. I did not request and special needs but we were placed in a perfect spot for my needs.
The bed was so comfortable along with the pillows

Clean apartment, lovely swimming pool which was so so clean, good staff and the entertainment was very good especially Ryan and all of the team. Ryan was exceptional and also the juggler was amazing too.
The entrance to our apartment especially the steps and plastic panelling could do with cleaning and updating and smell from the fans opposite the stairs were very off putting.
On first impressions we were def not impressed!

Absolutely nothing about this stay was to our liking.
The ovens are faulty in all caravans, WiFi problems and have to pay even though listed as free, dirty, seagulls and birds hound the outside the moment food is around you will get attacked by them. Never ever stay at this site, all the entertainment is low budget not worth it at all. Pool and swimming area has black mould and algae everywhere.

The location, we up graded to a caravan with sea view with no other caravan in fro t of us,
It would have been nice to have a starter pack of amenities like dish clothes, dish washer tabs, detergent etc. The corridor from kitchen to bathroom and bedrooms is quite narrow.

Ladram Bay had everything you need for a great holiday. We parked our car on day one and didn't have to use it for the whole duration of our stay because everything is within a few minutes walk. Beautiful beach, hiking trails on the cliff tops to the next town, nice restaurant with good food and views across the ocean, pub with live entertainment, shop with everything you need, fish and chips take away, swimming pool, crazy golf and more. The grounds and facilities were very well maintained and felt like an upmarket resort. The static home we stayed in was well equiped with all the modern conveniences you would have in your own home.
Wifi was only at the pool, pub and restaurant area and not at the accommodation.

I've been going to Ladram Bay for 50 years and the location, area and relaxed environment is what always makes it special
The sofa bed in the Seaview Apartment was stained and not really usable. Also on our 1st evening we did not seem to have a choice of were to sit in the restaurant and was told we had to be seated and we were seated next to a large group of children which was not suitable so we left without eating.

Caravan was amazing. Location was great for us. The beach is lovely. Paddle boarding was great fun.
Staff were always helpful. A great place. I have coeliacs disease and the amount of food choice was really good. The gluten free options were plentiful and very nice. The pool area is very nice.
Unsightly rubbish at the top of the stairs going up/down to or from the restaurant. A very small moan but just didnt look good.

Ladram Bay is an absolutely beautiful setting close the sea with a lovely secluded beach cove. I was actually staying there as a base while walking a stretch of the South West Coast Path. The location was very convenient being right on "The Path" and also a good, frequent bus service to Otterton was great too! The caravan park had lots of good facilities and yet was very peaceful at night. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay
I was rather disappointed that the booking never mentioned that they don't provide towels; there was also a suggestion that wifi was available and free but this was not the case. However, I must say that when I mentioned these issues, they were swiftly and amicably resolved. This was a great example of good, old skool customer service. Thank you.

The staff were very friendly and approachable, loads of things to do, mobile home was lovely and spacious. We had a great time!
We didnt realise there wasn't certain things provided in the mobile home I.e. towels, tea towel and only 1 toilet roll. Evening entertainment was good for kids but should be more for adults and too much bingo.

Television not working on arrival, shower waste blocked, sink plug washer missing, and would not hold water ! Toaster not working. Oven Dial on incorrectly. Had to call the office at least on 5 occasions to correct these problems.
Very inconvenient having problems for the first 3 days.
