A delightful host, kind, helpful and great communication. Which is Especially good as a solo traveller.
Right in the heart of the village, a real immersion into Hong Kong life. Lots of food options close by and nice walks.
Very clean and the room was spacious. Extremely efficient air con, which was much needed!
Yummy breakfast and delicious coffee!
Very glad I went here rather than a resort or city hotel.
The walk from the taxi stand/bus park didn’t worry me, but can be challenging with luggage in the heat. Just needs a bit of organisation.
Is quite touristy during the afternoon, a good time to go to the lookout away from the day tourist traffic.
The stairs are tricky with a big suitcase, so not really suitable for those with mobility challenges.

Veronica was a lovely host and very helpful. The location is very close to the bus stop and ferry, so very convenient for my 87 year old mother. The accommodation provides snacks and tea making facilities on the first floor. Tai O is beautiful and quiet, away from HK’s hustle and bustle.
The shower facilities in the bath tub was not suitable for my mother, who is 87 years old.

nice staff, the room was clean,
and nice location and environment.
Poor Wifi
the air-con was smelly, so i opened then door of the balcony and turned on the fan for sleeping.
hope there have a table in the room.
