La Ferrovia Guest House

We LOVED the location of this property! It was close to our rental car return (Hertz) and close to the train station! It was also a VERY short walk to the main shopping areas of Sorrento and a short walk to the port! The rooms were excellent and surprisingly QUIET for the location. We highly recommend this place if you are visiting Sorrento!

The walls are very thin so we ended up hearing our neighbours most nights and being unable to sleep until 3am

The property is perfectly located just on the edge of the busy centre of town - with barely a 5 min walk right into all the best areas. Not only is this perfect if you’re coming from Naples airport by train or by bus (both of which drop you off virtually outside of the property!) but you’re also able to easily get to all the typical meet-up spots for any excursions (i.e. pompei, Vesuvius or capri amalfi + positano boat trips). Aside from the location, the property itself feels entirely secure and safe with the utmost attention to care and detail when it comes to making you feel welcomed. We were given complimentary daily room cleanings along with complimentary daily snacks + drinks! 10/10 service, and everyone we spoke with and met was beyond kind and helpful.

The location is very good, close to the station, which makes it convenient for those just passing through. The room is comfortable and clean, ideal for a short stay.
