    The location was perfect and the facilities were well-maintained, making the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendlv and attentive, contributing to a pleasant experience Cleanliness was impeccable throughout, enhancing the overall quality. Considering al aspects, the value for money was excellent making it a highly recommended choice.

    Visited in Feb 2025, twin room on 7th floor. Nice warm room, regulated temp. shower, room is spacious and comfortable and with a superb view. Staff very friendly. We really enjoyed our short stay at New Neo and would not hesitate to stay there again.

    It's affordable but not too close to kumagaya train station. The room is slightly dark and oldschool stuff you'll find there.
