Buena ubicación en Deltebre y fácil estacionamiento en la calle. El apartamento cuenta con un salón-cocina amplio y una hermosa terraza.
La casa podría ser fantástica con un poco de mantenimiento y limpieza: desconchones en los sanitarios del baño y polvo por muchas estancias. Mejoraría si se retirasen algunos muebles viejos y ajados. La ropa de cama es de muy mala calidad y pequeña para el tamaño de la cama doble: a poco que te movieras se salían las sábanas.
