The house is ibizenco style and is located 300m from the Riumar beach in a very quiet area and 500m from the Ebro Delta natural park.
The plot is 260 m and the house is 90 m. Inside there are three bedrooms, one double and two single rooms, a sink with shower, kitchen, dining room, storage room. Outside a terrace of 3.5m x 8m, a pool of 6mx3mx, 1.70m, a terrace in the first silver for sunbathing and parking. The whole plot is closed with a fence of 1.80m

Beautiful House for a great family week, nothing is missing.
We did enjoy the swimming pool and barbecue every day.

Das Haus ist sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut gelegen. Der Pool ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist mit Kinder (4 und 7 Jahre) leicht erreichbar und das Meer ideal, da es sehr flach abfallend ist. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Pasamos una semana en esta casa, y fué todo perfecto. Mucha tranquilidad, a pocos metros de la playa y la piscina ideal.
Los dueños encantadores, con los que se puede hablar perfectamente. Repetiremos seguro.
