    When we arrived,I was place in room 209.There were 2 glasses missing from the window and they just covered it with curtain. The bathroom will not drain.No dim light. Intercom phone not working. I asked the staff to transfer me to another room. I was transferred to room 307 everything is good except for no wifi. I was just disappointed that even hot water inside the room is not available
