    I always stay here whenever I'm in town and I've always been very satisfied. It's walking distance from all the good restaurants, in front is the hospital, on the ground floor there's a great coffee shop and a 7-11. Guests can easily request an electric kettle and cups at no added cost. The only downside is the noise from the 7-11 downstairs and the cars and trikes on the road.

    Very comfortable stay with accommodating staff. Hot water in bathroom may still be improved but overall it was a very good experience. Highly recommended.

    Room was clean. No hot water. Upon check-in, desk staff emphasized a p500 charge for stains made on bedding or towels. When we got to the room, we found stains on the bedding and towels so we called to have them exchanged, which they did, however, they stated that they can tell which stains are new and which are old. That’s not the point. If PVL is going to make us anxious about stain charges, don’t give pre-stained linens. Also, if PVL charged a previous guest for linen stains, replace those linens and don’t continue to re-use them, otherwise, what was the point of the charge?
