The wellness facilities (pool, sauna, foot bath, and massage) were amazing! These provided much-needed relaxation and respite at the end of a 2+ week holiday. Daily breakfast options were delicious, plenty of variety, and all you care to eat. We had dinner in their restaurant our first night and had plenty of leftovers to enjoy the next day for lunch. Our room included a full kitchen set up including a dishwasher! We had the best sleep of our trip here as beds were very comfortable, and even our dog was happiest here. The smell of pine wood throughout the hotel was refreshing and relaxing together. The staff are very friendly and helpful even with my botched attempts at German or Italian. lol

Beautiful hotel just in front of the bus station. It feels like a museum but also a warm home. The lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming. The studio was amazing: comfortable, huge, and cozy. I loved the wooden furniture, the decorations, the view... We will definitely come back. Both the sauna and the pool were great experiences.

It would be nice to have at least a welcome coffee capsule, because we had no way to know which type of machine they have before arriving, and the coffee outside the rooms is only for the hotel's guests, not for the guests in the studios. That was very confusing. We were expected to pay for a garbage bag if we wanted one in the kitchen. As others already said, the times for the pool and the sauna are really short specially when they cannot be used by several guests at the same time because of their size. We were lucky on Friday.
