The heart of Val Müstair

Beautiful hotel just in front of the bus station. It feels like a museum but also a warm home. The lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming. The studio was amazing: comfortable, huge, and cozy. I loved the wooden furniture, the decorations, the view... We will definitely come back. Both the sauna and the pool were great experiences.

It would be nice to have at least a welcome coffee capsule, because we had no way to know which type of machine they have before arriving, and the coffee outside the rooms is only for the hotel's guests, not for the guests in the studios. That was very confusing. We were expected to pay for a garbage bag if we wanted one in the kitchen. As others already said, the times for the pool and the sauna are really short specially when they cannot be used by several guests at the same time because of their size. We were lucky on Friday.

Amazing comfortable stay in Swiss Alps

One of best place I have ever visited. Very friendly hosts in frontdesk, clean rooms, well equiped rooms and amazing location in Val Mustair. All amenities in perfect shape with special highlight to pool, sauna and SPA area.

The hotel is amazing.. we loved our Studio, which is more independent and self serving than when you stay at one of the hotel rooms. It's spacious, and everything we needed for cooking and cleaning was provided. The location is in the middle of the village. Beautiful village and hotel.

Fantastic experience! Stunning location, extremely cosy and very interesting historical house, exceptionally comfortable apartment with all necessary equipment, luxury sauna and all the facilities around. Absolutely recommended!

Why the name of the hotel is different on Booking.com??? It is very confusing. We didn’t read all the reviews (which mentioned already this issue), and arrived to the wrong place (Müstair, according to the address given) in the beginning. With buses running only once per hour there, this is not much fun. If we would not meet locals, who knew this hotel, no guarantees we would find it at all. We really recommend to name the hotel on Booking.com as it is - HOTEL CRUSCH ALBA

Vier tolle Tage in der einzigartigen Bergwelt des Val Müstair mit guten Essen und tollen Gastgebern

Es war einfach toll. Wunderschönes Zimmer mit top ausgestatteter Küche, tolles Bad und leckeres Essen. Die Besitzerfamilie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Da gibt es nichts, für mich hat alles wirklich gepasst.

Sauber, zentral, super freundlich und on top: Whirlpool mit Aussicht

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal bzw Familienbetrieb, alle waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das ganze Hotel ist wird ein kleines Museum;) sehr historisch eingerichtet. Top Preis-leistungsverhältnis. Unsere Kinder haben sie über den pool (klein&fein) sehr gefreut und waren jeden dort am planschen🙂
