A big pity about the reactions to the problems (which were not few) of the otherwise pleasant owners
Great location a short drive from Bormio and Livigno at the same time. So great for the winter season. Very good town amenities, good shops with local specialties, cafes just a few steps away.
Absolutely disastrous condition of the bathroom with very extensive mould (fungus) - see photos. The owners first tried to blame the condition on us, saying it could have occurred during our stay. Which was a reaction we really didn't expect. We were ticketed in the parking spot that the owner showed us. He then claimed to us that it was just over the line. (The maximum was the scooters could fit behind the line). So another very unexpected inconvenience. The broken dishwasher which they claimed was fine is just their typical response already. Probably and hopefully after our response, there will be remediation at least in the bathroom, which is very good. You just need to know that if there is going to be a problem, the owners are going to handle the problems very poorly. Booking's customer service center also took a very lax approach to the situation, and they, unfortunately, passed on the whole situation.
