Enjoy the private ocean front balcony of this gorgeous condo in Surfside
Beach. Gorgeous freshly renovated oceanfront two bedroom, first floor, condo
in the small Cape Coddages I building.
This is a really cute oceanfront two bedroom with a great pool, beach and
ocean view. New countertops, cabinets, floors, paint, furniture, kitchenware,
etc. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, ample closet space and a full
bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, there is a full bath
nearby. The living room couch is a queen size sofa sleeper.
If you prefer a quiet complex, without crowds and traffic, here's your
vacation home. Complex has a courtyard on south side with a charcoal grill.
Condo includes one assigned parking space so no searching for an open space
upon arrival to this vacation home.
Located at 713 South Ocean Blvd, you can take a short walk to the Surfside
Beach Pier and all its local restaurants and shops. Just a short drive gets
you to shopping, golf, and other attractions along the Grand Strand. Or, just
relax on the over-sized balcony or the beach.
Linens are not included and there is an amount of fee applies for Linen

Great location, downstairs unit noisy as the people on the second floor had young children that ran around and you could hear every footstep in our unit. Other than that, great stay.

We loved the private, spacious balcony and ocean front view/ location. We were steps away from beach access and close proximity to the swimming pool. The condo listing & pictures are accurate. Very roomy condo; mostly up-to date. Assigned parking with room for 2 vehicles (as long as they are not oversized). The beach area was a little busy due to the close proximity to public access area. The first floor unit was nice considering quick access to everything, but we were displeased with the noise from the unit above us. The internet was very spotty & barely worked even after following the reset directions. Cell phone service did not pick up well in the condo either. This was not a huge burden for us as we were enjoying vacation, but it was a bit of an annoyance. Overall, we were very pleased with this condo & location!
