PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Master Suite has Jacuzzi, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.
HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature.
Houses that offer pool heat (standard size pool) have an additional fee of $375 (electric) or $500 (gas) and must be requested to be added to the reservation. A few of our premier homes that have oversized pools have an additional fee of $600 to heat. Please request to add on pool heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.
The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. We enjoyed our stay. Very nice large, comfortable house with a great location on the beach. It had numerous things that needed maintenance or repair. Examples: Outdoor furniture at pool and on porch deck was very, very dirty. Master bath sink on left leaked from cold faucet handle base when hot faucet was turned on. Master bathtub drain stopper did not stay open. Middle bedroom sink had no lever on the faucet, so it didn't work & closet had no doors. Electric receptacle above toaster to left of kitchen stove worked when plugged into the bottom of outlet, but not at top. This is a safety hazard. Several deck rail balusters were swinging loose as was a door plank on the gate to the pool. Another safety hazard for young children.Other issues that did not need repair but should not be found in an expensive rental were: Linens were provided, but beds were not made up. No cushions on pool lounges (which were dirty and one was broken). Only one kitchen towel & NO oven mitts or hot pads. No clock in master bedroom. Porch deck table was EXTREMELY dirty as were pool chairs under the palm tree. A broom was supplied, but no dustpan. A vacuum was present, but it did not suck anything up. No suitcase racks in bedrooms. Some electrical outlets did not have covers (another safety violation (I'm a lawyer & a landlord). No electrical outlet near the street to charge a golf cart. Otherwise, the house was fine, mainly due to location. Repair and maintenance have been seriously neglected.

Good place to stay after a long day of buggy riding. Host was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Continental breakfast was very nice and there was a lot of varieties to chose from.

The beach and the house were great. A good amount of dinnerware and seating for all to eat meals. Too cold to use the pool. Suggestion for improvement - need to add some oven mitts, dishwashing soap, aluminum foil, and trash bags to the property.
