Stayed for 7 nights in September. Found the accommodation to be totally suitable for our needs. Vast array of kitchen utensils and outdoor barbecue in addition to hotplate and combi microwave. Excellent air conditioning which was quiet. Great view from our balcony and sunshade a bonus. Whilst liaised with Rita it was Angela who met us at the property and gave telephone number to contact Clearly advised of cost of towels and bedding (€30 per week for my husband and I) and need for hat if using swimming pool which was open from 09.00 until 13.30 and 15.00 to 19.00p.m and also payment in cash .Useful to have 2 keys to the door as one day my husband and I wanted to do different things . Absolutely no hesitation in recommending.
We had an issue with our data so definitely missed not having wi fi. Angela recommended the best company to use for esim ( unfortunately forgot name) but had already topped up on usual network.
Also had a slight problem on check out as we had to leave at 07..00a.m in order to get our flight back to the UK and Angela unable to attend. We had paid the damage deposit in cash. Both Rita and Angela extremely concerned about how they could refund me and the money was quickly refunded by PayPal that same day

La résidence est jolie et très bien entretenue
Les horaires piscine et les bonnets de bain obligatoire
Les volets qui laissent passer la lumière particulière dans le salon où il y a le canapé lit

The apartament is perfectly located, a little bit out of city center but you can get it on foot in 10 minutes. There is very quiet in the whole condominium. It has great terrace with tabel, clothes dryer and barbecue facilities, where you can relax after exploring surrounding beaches and Villasimius . No problem with shower at all, warm water available all the time.
Comfortable apartament for family 2+2. Fantastic lifeguarded swimming pool with restricted opening hours (9 -13.30 and 16:30-19:30). Rita is very nice, responded in detailes to all my questions immediately. Very good communication. Alessandra was great. She waited for us during night as our flight was delayed . No problem with anything. She showed us neighbourhood - even thought it was 1.00 pm , gave lots of tips and explained all rules. Thank you for great holidays :)
