a lot of thought has gone into this unique property. the host has thought of many things for the enjoyment of her guests. stunning outdoor seating area and bbq for the use of those staying. a welcomed treat as Switzerland is expensive

Exceptional

As the name suggests, the studio is indeed "gemütlich": spacious, stylish, clean, provides privacy as it is located in a separate building. Good wifi, fridge, plates, utensils, coffee machine, tea kettle. If there would be a microwave it would be just perfect. Bus stop a few minutes away, Kempten train station 7-8 minutes walk. The caretaker lady was really friendly which added an extra nice touch to the stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great to have a coffee machine and pods. Lovely little kitchen. All very spacious and beautiful.

It’s on a main road but that does make it easy to find and get to and we didn’t hear any road noise when inside.

The property is very nice, I was there during very hot weather, it would have been perfect if there was air conditioning. This would not stop me from visiting again, I would be hoping for cooler weather.

Lage

Es roch nach Rauch im Zimmer, alle unsere Kleider rochen danach als wir heimkamen, es war extrem gefährlich mit Kleinkindern. Entweder fallen sie die Treppe hinunter oder sie klettern die Treppe hinauf. Achtung Allergiker: Kissen und Decken vermutlich aus Gänsefedern.

Einfaches Check-in, genügend Platz, bequemes Bett, sauber, schönes Badezimmer mit super Dusche.

Die Wohnung war 17° kalt, die Heizung beim Esstisch funktionierte gar nicht, die anderen Heizelemente reichten nicht, um eine angenehme Temperatur zu erreichen. Der Schnee vor dem Haus und auf der Treppe wurde nicht geräumt.

La cucina iper moderna e funzionale

Pochi accessori per cucinare… una padella non è per l induzione per esempio… ma essendo un italiana son molto esigente. Armadio inesistente. Letto super ma per me troppo morbido ( odio i topper … gusto personale ovviamente) i cuscini over bellissimi ma troppo morbidi… Questione di abitudine!!! Il bagno ha la doccia da 11/10 ♥️

Quando chegámos o nosso alojamento ainda estava ocupado, pelo que a anfitriã nos alojou num de qualidade superior. O edifício é antigo, com escadaria até ao primeiro e segundo andar. É espaçoso e está remodelado com muito bom gosto.

Wohlfühlunterkunft mit der schönsten Natur vor der Tür.

Eine tolle Unterkunft bei einer sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out war alles top. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut geschlafen. Trotz der Strasse vor dem Haus, war es ruhig. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man brauchte. Das Bad und die Küche sind perfekt ausgestattet. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen wieder und bedanken uns für die tolle Zeit.

Zu hell in der Nacht

Modern ausgestattet

Es gibt keine Möglichkeit die Fenster zu verdunkeln, was man auf Fotos und in der Beschreibung nicht sieht. Das ist eine Dachwohnung-Studio, mit 5 Fenstern (auch aufm Dach) und ohne Wände zwischen den Zimmern. Es gibt eine Gardine die nur 1 von 5 Fenstern bedeckt und keine Rollos. Wenn Sie in Dunkelheit schlafen wollen und nicht mitm ersten Licht um 5-6 Uhr morgens aufzustehen, ist das keine gute Idee da zu übernachten.

Одно из лучших проживаний в моих путешествиях! Описание соответствует реальности на 100%. Хозяйка доброжелательная, заботливая. Заселение очень понятное. Мы жили в отдельном доме на втором этаже. Это был бывший амбар, который переделали в дизайнерское жилье. Очень стильно и красиво выглядит внутри и снаружи. В жилье есть все для жизни. Очень удобная кровать, моя жена теперь хочет такой же матрас. Расположение удобное, рядом есть кафе и магазины, можно прогуляться по городу.
