secure surrounds with a gated estate, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, quiet neighbours, a yard, not too far from town. Good A/C, tv, internet, fridge, lounge, breakfast table and chairs. Quite pleasant. I would suggest a vehicle is necessary.
I couldn't get the hot water to work in the ensuite, not a big issue as it is not cold.
