Розташування та наявність місця для парковки авто. Лояльність власників для пізнього заселення. Гарна атмосфера. Парк через дорогу. Відносно тихо. Наявність електросушки для рушників (можна посушити речі базові) та пралки ( не було потреби нею правда користуватись). Наявність капців. +. Був інтернет. Не було стороннього запаху в квартирі, але був запах цвілі у підʼїзді. Ремонт не новий, але акуратний.
Чистота помешкання. Впали речі за пральну машинку і виймати їх було не приємно через наявність купи бруду. На площадці згоріла лампочка. Не так чисто, як хотілось би. Посуд теж не зовсім чистий.🙈
