Location! Directly on the beach. The building itself is very clean and there was a worker who wiped down the beach chairs every morning. The beach lounge chairs provided were great.
The condo was unkept. We saw 2 cockroaches. There was no screen in the sliding glass doors so we could keep them open and get fresh air and listen to the waves. There was no vacuum for the floors to try to keep up with the sand. There was an old frayed broom. In the bedroom there was a small dresser for clothes but all except 2 drawers were glued shut. The pool had a lot of sand in it.

Location was good. Beautiful beach. Owner was responsive to minor issues brought to their attention.
Pool was not cleaned for several days with birds in and out of it along with leaves and sand. Unit needed some basic supplies such as dish towels, pot holders, pizza cutter, etc. WiFi went out twice. Owner/HOA was responsive to that. No actual pictures of this unit were available when booking so it was smaller than expected according to website pictures.
