Welcome to Bayport Beach and Tennis Club! Bayport Beach and Tennis Club is a beach to bay tropical oasis situated on 27 lushly landscaped acres on Longboat Key. The grounds are meticulously maintained and provide a tranquil and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy sunrises over the bay, sunsets on the beach, and everything in between.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for owners and guests. For swimmers, Bayport features a Junior-Olympic, heated pool, one of the largest on the Key. For tennis buffs, there are 4 har-tru tennis courts. Included at Bayport are a fitness center, fishing pier and kayak facilities.
Our condo is centrally located with a 2-3 minute walk to either the beach or bay, as well as the pool and clubhouse. This is our home-away-from-home and we pride ourselves in making it comfortable and relaxing not only for us, but you as well.

Newer kitchen with granite counter top, appliances, and all the kitchen essentials for cooking, dining, and entertaining.
The kitchen is open to the dining / living areas with comfy reclining sofas and flat screen/smart TV.
Master suite offers a king size bed, walk-in closet, newer master bath with double sinks and private shower area.
Guest bedroom can be configured as either King or XL Twin beds.
Newer guest bathroom with walk-in shower.
Full size washer and dryer in the unit.
An office niche is located in the master suite for professionals who work-from-home / telecommute.
Two private outdoor areas are comprised of an open-air private patio with gas grill and a screened in lanai with tropical garden views.
Covered parking for one vehicle plus plenty additional guest parking.
Wi-fi internet, cable/smart TV, and all utilities included.
Bayport is a 30-day minimum rental property in accordance with Longboat Key Ordinance.
Guests have access to all amenities offered by Bayport:
1200 feet of pristine, private beach that is contiguous to miles of walking in either direction.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for owners and guests.
Junior-Olympic, heated pool, one of the largest on the Key.
4 har-tru tennis courts.
Fitness center, fishing pier, kayak launch, and nature trails.
The Clubhouse bustles with social activities to meet the many interests of owners and guests.
A full-service grocery store is less than 2 miles away. Bayfront park is ½ mile away and has pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard courts and a playground. There are bike paths the length of the island, with a bike rental shop down the street. Several casual and fine dining options are within close proximity on Longboat Key. St. Armand’s Circle, with its exceptional shopping and dining amenities, is a 10-minute drive. From there, cross the beautiful Ringling bridge and in minutes, be in the center of downtown Sarasota, which is well known for world-class theatre, dining, opera, ballet, symphony, comedy, art galleries, the Ringling Museum, Selby Gardens, and, the Van Wezel; home to Broadway and other professional entertainment. To the north, there are several new restaurants in Longbeach Village and Bridge Street on Bradenton Beach is a 13-minute drive.

We had stayed on Longboat Key previously, but this was the first time in this location. Everything was good with the Condo and its location is central on the key, which was very convenient. Only a short walk to the beach, can bike directly from the condo up and down the key, and the facilities (pool, etc...) are good. We really enjoyed having beach chairs and umbrellas available at the beach.

Great unit, great communication from the owner, very helpful in asking if anything needed. Condo well appointed, modern, and updated. Overall great experience and great condo!

This immaculate condo is located in one of the coolest neighborhoods on the key. So beautifully landscaped with access to both the bay and a private beach. Spend you days relaxing on a beach (in FL no doubt) with nobody for miles. Spend your evenings a short drive from St Armonds Circle and downtown with some of the best food on the west coast. I can't wait to go back. I hate to tell anyone about it cause I want to go back often without it getting filled up. Seriously, you will love this place.
