Nothing really except the hard rock super loud beach concert till 1AM on Saturday. But easily managed by taking a trip to Galle.

Everything. Top location for beach lovers. Great personel, owner for a reasonable price organises from taxi to day trips and every request you have.

Helpful and friendly staff. I arrived before 11am and was given the room immediately, even though the official check-in time was 2pm. The location is excellent—very central and close to everything—and a good breakfast is included.
The hotel is currently under renovation, with works on the ground floor and in other rooms. The bar is closed and the direct beach access has no facilities. During my stay, the Sun FM Festival took place on the hotel’s beach area, with loud music until 1am, making it impossible to sleep. I was not informed about either the renovation or the event in advance. Wi-Fi is weak.
